Train your whole media team on one order.

Register your church, get approved by the academy office, then buy a block of seats on any open cohort in a single Espees payment. Hand the seats to your people by email or with invite codes. They enrol without paying anything themselves.

  1. Register. Church name, zone, city and a coordinator. The office approves it, usually within a day.
  2. Buy seats. Pick a cohort and a number. One order, one receipt, the price locked at purchase.
  3. Hand them out. Type in names and emails, or generate codes like UPA-K7NF-3WQ2 for members to enter.
  4. Watch them claim. The dashboard shows who has a seat, who has claimed it and who still needs a nudge.
